Nicole Hanson began her journey at Northwestern University, earning a BS with departmental honors in Chemical Engineering in 2003. Since then, she has built over 20 years of experience as an industry leader specializing in consumer decision-making within finance and healthcare. Known for her expertise in navigating complex healthcare planning topics, Nicole has become a trusted consultant to consumers seeking clarity and confidence in their choices. Her nationally recognized leadership reflects a deep commitment to making complicated information accessible and actionable.

Michael Wolf, PhD MPH MA

Michael Wolf, James R. Webster Jr. Professor of Medicine at Northwestern University, is an internationally recognized scholar with over 25 years of leadership in health literacy research. His work focuses on optimizing patient information, designing clinical trials to improve safety and adherence, and developing consumer-centered metrics. Dr. Wolf has published more than 500 original research articles and has led numerous NIH, FDA, CDC, and industry studies dedicated to empowering consumers and care teams in managing treatment effectively.
